Binding Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes related to Website use shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

• Class actions are waived
• The arbitrator may award any relief available under applicable law
• Arbitration fees will comply with California consumer arbitration requirements
Exceptions
Either party may:
• Bring claims in small claims court
• Seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
• The State of Nevada, for users located in Nevada
• The State of California, for users located in California
Without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where arbitration does not apply, venue shall be in the applicable state courts.
