First, Mason Foster immediately identified our "rodent" droppings as bat guano. Others had mis-identified the source as rodents, leaving the problem unsolved. After proper identification, the bat problem went away with treatment. Secondly, we were inundated with Ground Squirrels burrowing all over our property, including our foundation. Raptor Pest Control was the only company to provide a targeted proposal. Again, after treatment our problem was solved. Coming from the San Francisco Bay area living in the mountain and desert environments shed a whole new light on pest and rodent control. Raptor Pest has been protecting our family homes and both are pest and rodent free to this day. Even more amazing my wife dropped a diamond earring of substantial value down a floor vent. Not knowing who to call I called Raptor. Much to my surprise Raptor came to my home the following day, went underneath the house and retrieved my wife's earring. Jim was here for almost 2 hours and didn't charge a cent. Membership with this company certainly has privileges. If you want outstanding service and quality of work give these guys a call. EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The people at Raptor Pest Control are just fantastic. I heard something scratching around in the attic one morning and contacted Nikki at Raptor. By the afternoon, Nikki and her team member were at the office, had assessed the situation, and instituted a plan that got the job done! They were back two days later (over the holidays, no less) to retrieve the unfortunate critter. Ongoing communication was excellent. They followed up with additional inspection visits and confirmed that the situation was mitigated, and reached out several times afterwards to make sure that there was no more activity in the attic. Their service was prompt, professional, and genuinely caring — these are professionals that take pride in what they do and a great service to our community. Wonderful people, excellent communication, and top‑tier results. If you need pest control, Raptor is the team you want. Highly recommend.
